This includes planning who's doing what during patrol meetings, and reminding patrol members about any openings or closings they may have when you call them. Please if at all possible, wear the full uniform to meetings. Please make sure your shirt is tucked in and is neat in appearance. If you have a Scoutmaster conference or board of review, YOU MUST WEAR THE FULL UNIFORM OR YOU WILL BE REFUSED YOUR SCOUTMASTER CONFERENCE OR BOARD OF REVIEW. REMEMBER to UPDATE YOUR RECORDS WITH MRS. BEVANS after EACH TIME you have something signed off in your book, before your scoutmasters conference and Board of Review. Your books must be updated before scheduling your Board of Review with Mrs Hundley or it will be delayed. Reminder: Pop cans, glass bottles and plastic bottles can still be brought to the Banks Hardware Store for recycling. Class B Orange T-shirts: There are orange t-shirts still available from summer camp in various sizes. Please see Deana Hall if your son needs one. They are $10.00 each. Troop 581 Anniversary patches: These are currently available for $4.00. These are to celebrate Troop 581's 25 Anniversary as a boy scout troop. Deana will have these available at any scout meeting. Please be sure that all mud on the floor is cleaned up and belongings picked up and taken home. It is not the scoutmasters responsibility to keep them for you. No more on the spot closings / openings. DO NOT CALL ON SOMEONE BY SURPRISE. SENIOR PATROL LEADER: REMEMBER TO CALL THE PATROL LEADERS ON SUNDAY NIGHT NOT LATER THAN 7:00PM. Patrol leaders: Please call your assistant Scout Master first before you make your calls to the members of your patrol. When you have opening or closing, Be creative, don't do the same thing over and over again. Support our sponsor organization, the Lions, by dropping off your newspapers in the drop box in front of Schlegel Hall. |
